Check-in and Check-out:

If the guest wishes to extend their check-out time beyond 12:00 noon, a charge of 50% of the room rate will apply until 18:00. After 18:00, a full night’s room rate will be charged. Please note that if you choose to depart prior to the expected date, the hotel will charge the full value of the reserved stay, unless otherwise stated in your booking’s cancellation policy. Should the guest wish to extend their stay, they are kindly requested to contact our Reservations team in advance to check availability and applicable rates.

Cancellation / Amendment / No-Show

Cancellation, amendment, and/or no-show charges will apply in accordance with the policy applicable to your booked stay and/or room rate, as outlined at the time of booking. You acknowledge and agree that we may, where necessary, charge your credit card for any cancellation, amendment, and/or no-show fees.

Children and extra beds

Children under 4 years of age enjoy complimentary stay and meals. Children aged 5 to 11 years receive a 50% discount on the standard rates for accommodation and dining. Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults and will be charged the full rate. Extra beds for adults may be added to rooms at a charge of KWD 15, subject to a 15% service charge, and are offered based on the room type booked.

Identification Policy at Check-in

Guests must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to make a reservation and check in. Check-in will only be permitted in the presence of the staying guest. All guests staying at Jumeirah Messilah Beach, including children, are required to present a valid original form of identification upon check-in. This may be either a passport or a national identity card issued by the State of Kuwait or a GCC country.

Payment Options / Cash / Credit Card

Upon check-in, you will be required to provide a security deposit equivalent to the total value of your stay, in addition to a fixed amount to cover any incidental charges. This amount may vary depending on the room type and length of stay and can be provided either as a cash deposit or a credit card pre-authorisation.The maximum cash payment permitted, in any currency, is KWD 8,000 (or its equivalent) per transaction for individual guests, and KWD 16,000 (or its equivalent) for families or groups. All charges must be settled no later than the time of check-out. In the event that any charges (or part thereof) remain unpaid for any reason, or if the guest departs without prior notice, you acknowledge and agree that we may deduct any outstanding amounts from your credit card or deposit without prior notice. All major credit cards are accepted.

Cash Deposit

The cash deposit will be administered based on the length of stay (number of room nights) or according to the hotel’s policy.

Security Deposit

A security deposit is required upon arrival: KWD 50 for standard rooms and KWD 200 for larger units, including villas and Royal Suites. The deposit must be paid in cash and will be refunded in full in cash at check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

Food and beverage policy

Outside Food Delivery Services are prohibited from being delivered to the rooms by any of our colleagues. Delivery personnel will be directed to the hotel back gate, where the guests must receive the food order directly.

Valet parking / Parking

For Resident Guests, the service is complimentary for registered hotel guests, who may occupy one vehicle parking space in the car park. Additional vehicles will be charged KWD 4 per car per visit. For Non-resident Guests, Non-resident guests are welcome to use the valet service with a charge of KWD 4 per visit.

Hotel Facilities

The pool and beach facilities are exclusively available to members and registered in-house guests. Access is not permitted to external visitors. The family pool is designated for family use only, with children under the age of 16 required to be accompanied by an adult. The adults’ pool is reserved for guests aged 18 years and above. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to use the gym, Talise Spa, and the adults’ pool.

Pets

For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted.

Safety and Security

You are responsible for any loss or damage caused to hotel property as a result of your actions or those of your visitors. Any costs incurred in rectifying such damage will be charged to you in full. The hotel accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuables, such as jewellery, as in-room safety deposit boxes are provided for your convenience.

Smoking / Bukhour

Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking rooms and outdoor public areas. In the event of smoking in a non-smoking room, a penalty of KWD 100 will be applied for non-compliance. The use of bukhour, shisha, and candles is strictly prohibited in all hotel rooms. A penalty of KWD 100 will be applied for non-compliance with this policy.

Visitors

All visitors must be registered at the reception. An additional occupancy charge will apply for each visitor, based on your booked room rate, and will be added to your account.
