Originally from Greece, George has over 10 years of professional culinary experience creating awe-inspiring delights, including the life-size gingerbread house at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray every year. George joined Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in 2013 and has been involved in curating international dessert buffets, molecular elements, and chocolate and banquet operations. With professional degrees in the art of pastry and dessert making from a range of esteemed locations in Europe, George brings a flavour to the culinary team with an inclination to create out-of-the box and larger than life experiences.
