Andrea Migliaccio

Growing up on the island of Ischia in the Gulf of Naples, Andrea developed his tastes at an early age and established the path which would lead him down the road to culinary success. Andrea's talent was evident early in his career and, after leading the kitchen brigade at Il Riccio Restaurant & Beach Club, he became Executive Chef at L’Olivo, Capri Palace Hotel's Gourmet Restaurant, in 2011. He has since been instrumental in a number of renowned kitchens around the world, earning prestigious awards and Michelin stars along the way. Andrea is a driving inspiration behind recipes, dining atmosphere, kitchen organisation and talent management. And, in 2021, he began a new milestone in his career — bringing his invaluable experience, expertise and culinary principles as Executive Chef at Burj Al Arab while supervising all the culinary offer of Capri Palace Jumeirah.
