T3 Lounge

Arrive in Dubai in style at Jumeirah’s sophisticated new airport lounge when you fly into Terminal 3. Experience a traditional Middle Eastern welcome and Jumeirah’s impressive signature service while you relax and refresh after your flight. Guests are treated to delicious snacks, cool refreshments and expertly-made coffee by our resident barista. The lounge is easily accessed from the Terminal 3 Arrivals concourse, after clearing customs control. At Jumeirah, we ensure your journey is as smooth as possible, so when you choose our meet-and-assist and airport pickup services, a dedicated member of our team will greet you at the airport before whisking you to the hotel in a chauffeur-driven car.

Airport pickup service

Guests can either choose a car to collect them from our selection of luxury Tesla, Mercedes V-Class and EQS vehicles, or simply choose our more affordable Jumeirah Sedan Transfer. Jumeirah One Platinum Members can enjoy complimentary transfers to and from Dubai International Airport and Jumeirah One Gold Members can enjoy complimentary one-way transfers.

Meet-and-assist service

When you chose our complimentary meet-and-assist service, a member of the Jumeirah team will greet you after you clear customs outside Arrivals at Dubai International Airport.

If you would like someone to meet you before you go through customs, we will be delighted to arrange one of the following services:

• Deluxe Ahlan Meet and Assist | AED 270 per person
• Premium Ahlan Meet and Assist | AED 540 per person
