Marco Garfagnini

Good food is ‘in the blood’ of any Italian chef, and Chef Marco Garfagnini takes that tradition seriously. Born in Carrara, Tuscany, the region’s culture has been the bedrock for his culinary career. Having spent more than two decades cultivating his talent in restaurants in Paris, London, New York and Cleveland, he joined Jumeirah Al Naseem as Executive Chef in 2018. While he oversees all the restaurants at the resort, it’s at Rockfish where he can really showcase his passion for traditional Italian cooking. Here, the seafood menu takes inspiration from his coastal Tuscan roots, with passion, tradition and simplicity the main ingredients of his dishes.
