Terms & conditions
- A minimum stay of four nights is required from 1 January to 07June 2026 and from 20 September 2026 to 13 January 2027.
- A minimum stay of three nights is required from 08 June to 19 September 2026.
- Daily wellness breakfast can only be availed at Palmery.
- Daily wellness lunch can only be availed at Talise Spa or Al Fayrooz Lounge.
- All room rates are subject to 10% service charge, 7% municipality fee, a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night and an additional 5% VAT.
- All staying guests, including children, are required to present original valid identification (passport or UAE/GCC National ID) which may be scanned upon check-in.
- Bookings and wellness activities are subject to availability.
- Black-out dates apply and may change throughout the offer period.
- Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
- Children aged 12 years and above are considered as adults.
- Reservation must be guaranteed by a credit card at the time of the booking.

- Children aged 10 to 12 are advised to swim only in shallow areas. Access to deeper sections of the pool is subject to the child’s swimming ability, height, and the pool’s depth.
