- Reserving seats or tables is not permitted. All furniture is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sitting in fenced or landscaped areas or in high-traffic zones is prohibited.
- Wristbands must be worn at all times while inside the park.
- Each zone and attraction has its own rules, age and height restrictions, and safety guidelines. Guests must follow all posted instructions and directions given by FLO Island employees.
- Unaccompanied groups of men or teenage boys are not permitted to enter the park.
- Ticket holders must present a valid ticket at the admission desk and undergo a bag inspection prior to entry.
- Admission is subject to all attraction restrictions and requirements, including applicable age, height, and weight limitations.
- Waterproof swim nappies are mandatory for toddlers and young children using any pool or water attraction.
- Guests aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
- All children must be accompanied by their legal guardian. The guardian is solely responsible for the safety and supervision of the child, themselves, and their personal belongings.
- Photography and videography are permitted for personal use only. Any commercial use requires the prior written consent of FLO Island management.
- Cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited in bathrooms and changing rooms.
- FLO Island reserves the right to temporarily close any attraction for maintenance or operational reasons, and to suspend the operation of any attraction based on capacity requirements.
- Guests who cause damage to the facility or its property, whether intentionally or unintentionally, will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement, as determined by FLO Island management.
- FLO Island accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings.
- Failure to cooperate with staff or any form of verbal or physical abuse towards employees will result in immediate action and may lead to the involvement of the relevant authorities.
