Salvatore Elefante

A native of Italy’s historic home of dried pasta, Gragnano, just across the Bay of Naples from Capri, Salvatore Elefante has always put strong flavours and an enhanced local tradition at the heart of his cooking. After several years of professional growth in the kitchens of L’Olivo and Il Riccio, Salvatore took the lead of both restaurants, becoming Capri Palace Jumeirah’s Executive Chef and working close to Andrea Migliaccio, Executive Culinary Chef. "This is not just dining; our guests must leave the table enraptured”, with this goal clear in his mind, Salvatore contributed to the reinforcing of the hotel’s gastronomic status worldwide.
