With a passion for culinary artistry and over 18 years of experience in the world of pastry, we are thrilled to welcome Sajith Maduranga as our new Head of Pastry at Jumeirah Muscat Bay. As a master of the pastry and baking craft, Sajith brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our culinary team. He has honed his skills through years of working in prestigious establishments, from multiple 5-star establishments and is constantly pushing the boundaries of traditional pastry-making and embracing the latest culinary trends. Most recently he was awarded the gold medal for Chocolate Carving at the highly esteemed Horeca event Oman.
