- Wild Wadi Waterpark welcomes guests daily, with operating hours from 10:00 to 18:00, from Sunday to Friday, and extended hours until 10:00 every Saturday.
- Children aged two years and under are welcomed with our compliments when accompanied by an adult ticketholder
- Kindly present your electronic ticket or printed copy at the Admission Gate for entry on the selected date of visit.
- Tickets are valid exclusively for the chosen date and are non-transferable.
- Admission is subject to Wild Wadi Waterpark’s rules and guidelines, in place to ensure your safety and enjoyment.
- Please note, select attractions feature height restrictions for guests under 1.1 metres.
- Appropriate swimwear is required for all guests. For the comfort of little ones, swim diapers/nappies are essential.
- To preserve the park experience, external food and beverages are not permitted.
- At the discretion of management, select attractions—or the entire park—may close earlier than advertised or remain unavailable without prior notice or compensation.
- For added convenience, guests are welcome to enjoy our cashless payment system by topping up their wristbands during the visit.
- Tickets are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, and may not be resold. Wild Wadi Waterpark will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen tickets.
- Terms and conditions may be amended without prior notice.
- Certain rides are subject to a maximum weight limit of 136.4kg.
- Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.
- Guests aged 14 and above may enjoy the park unaccompanied, but cannot act as guardians for children under 13.
