- Bookings must be made in advance via Momence and are confirmed by email.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to avoid charges; rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Guests should arrive 10–15 minutes early; swimwear and a towel are recommended; floating mats are provided.
- Participation involves floating in water; guests with medical conditions or pregnancy should consult a physician before booking.
- Guests must follow all facilitator instructions and pool safety guidelines.
- The experience is designed for relaxation; disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.
- Personal belongings should be secured; the hotel is not responsible for lost items.
- Photography or videography during the session is not permitted; the hotel may capture promotional images.
