We have a number of support services to assist guests with special needs. Please contact our Front Office for more details.

Children and extra beds

Up to two adults and two children under the age of 12 can stay in our One Bedroom Villas. Additional cots can be provided upon request, free of charge. 0 to 11 year olds may share the same room with parents within the maximum occupancy level. Baby cots can be provided upon request and are subject to availability. Jumeirah Olhahali Island, considers children aged 12 or over as adults — extra charges may apply.

ID Policy upon check-in

All guests (including children) staying at Jumeirah Olhahali Island, must present an original, valid international Passport as a form of identification upon check-in.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted.
