Chef Nathan's culinary journey began at 14, inspired by his grandparents' Parisian restaurant. He honed his skills in renowned kitchens like the Royal Monceau with Chef Roberto Rispoli and helped earn two Michelin stars at 'La Scene.' In 2020, he joined Jumeirah Mina Al Salam and Jumeirah Al Qasr. At Commodore Club, his dishes offer a generous take on comfort, showcasing his finesse.
