Airport transfer
The private airport transfer service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. On-site valet parking and car washing is also available for an additional charge. There is a complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to Port Sóller and vice versa. Pools and Spa
Infinity Pool is an adults only pool. Minimum age required 16 years old. Families with children are welcome at the Sa Talaia Pool. The minimum age requirement to access the Talise thermal area and gym is 16 years old.
Children and extra beds
Children below 12 years age stay for free in the hotel. We can accept 2 adults and 1 child in Premium Rooms, Junior Suites. For larger groups or families we recommend Family Suites and Signature Suites. Extra charge of €150 per night per person is applied for any additional adult, or child above 12 years of age.
Pets
Pets are permitted in the hotel at a cost of €80 per day.
Smoking
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is not permitted in our rooms.
